LONDON (Reuters) - Premier Foods <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=PFD.L&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">PFD.L</A> expects its group margins to improve by 2-3 percentage points from a deal to buy the UK and Irish businesses of Campbell Soup <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=CPB.N&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">CPB.N</A>, its finance director said on Wednesday.
