LONDON/JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) - Global diversified miner Anglo American Plc <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=AAL.L&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">AAL.L</A> said on Friday it was set to sell its 79 percent stake in South African steelmaker Highveld <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=HVLJ.J&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">HVLJ.J</A> for $678 million (368 million pounds) to Russian steelmaker Evraz <A HREF="http://go.reuters.co.uk/financeQuoteLookup.jhtml?ticker=HK1q.L&qtype=sym&infotype=info&qcat=news">HK1q.L</A>.
